Mahershala Ali wore a huge IWC on Complex’s Sneaker Shopping

Mahershala Ali, actor, Academy Award winner and sneaker fan appeared on Complex‘s YouTube series Sneaker Shopping last month rocking an IWC Big Pilot ‘Le Petite Prince” reference.  With an automatic movement, this thing is no joke coming in at 46.2 mm. No so petite….  Just look at the hands!  Incredible.

Would I wear this thing?  I don’t think so, it’s really big.  I’d try it on before outright turning it down.  It’s got their nice blue dial that appears on a few of their references.  It’s features a seven day power reserve…that’s 168 hours!   Retailing for $12,900,  it’s a decent value proposition for a big IWC automatic watch with an in-house movement.
