After a difficult few years, the country is looking forward to getting back on track, defeating covid and winning, again. We were able to get a few minutes of the recently crowned President’s time the day after the inauguration. What did we talk about? Watches, cars, and hype. Fake Alligator: Mr. President, firstly I want to congratulate you on the hard-fought battle in the election and whatever came after it. President Joe Biden: Thanks, so much, Marc. You know, nothing last year was easy, but this year and for the next eight years we’re going to…

Rally Rd., a company that allows you to invest in valuable, rare automobiles had a party over the weekend showing off their newest offering, a Lamborghini Diablo SE30 Jota. With each new car that rolls into their storefront in Soho, Rally Rd. redo their interior design. Roger Dubuis’ Excalibur or Aventador S or Phantasia or Valerian Steel or Car watch from the Future
I’m not a fan. Car company/watch crossovers are mostly crap. I’m not a fan of this watch. it’s not for me, but let’s discuss. The deadbeat seconds is a cool “complication” I’ll admit- but no thanks. I like seeing the engine cover make an appearance on dial side. The yellow works well with the jewels. I like Lamborghini, in fact, I still have to snap a picture whenever I see one. While I am taking that picture which will languish on my phone until I upgrade it and dump the pics onto an external hard drive which will sit on a shelf for eternity, I ponder what it must…
